We wanted to offer our customers a completely unique and different kind of service by offering a straight-talking, honest and personal service to customers.














I started my UK estate agency career in 2005 after returning back from overseas. I soon realised that I had a natural ability for the job. I quickly progressed through the ranks of a highly established independent agency in the South East. With the property industry changing, I joined a hybrid online based agency as Sales Director and later became a Director and Shareholder.

We successfully grew the business through hard work and determination offering our customers excellent service which soon helped us grow from one office to six in five years covering London and the South East. After a bold, life changing move to Yorkshire, My home village is Hove Edge were I live with my wife and two children. I love living in Yorkshire and proud to be part of a fantastic local community.


I started my estate agency career at one of the largest cooperate companies in the UK.

I moved up the ranks throughout my years here picking up a lot of different skill sets to sell properties. I would say my strongest asset is to be able to formulate a successful plan to sell properties that have struggled to sell with other agents.

We are open 8am to 8pm, 7 days a week. On average, our longer opening hours equates to us being open an extra 156 days a year more than a typical agent.

Do you accompany all your viewings?

We try to and accompany all the viewings we arrange. Our team are highly trained property sales people so we feel it is important that we take care of the viewings.

Your photographs look great, do I have to pay extra for that?

At Reclo8 we use a highly trained professional photographer as standard. We believe that by using a professional it helps us sell your property faster and for the best possible price.

What are your success rates?

We spend more time and more money making sure your property is marketed in the best possible way. By using a professional photographer and other high-tech tools such as 3D virtual tours we can attract more buyers to your property, therefore, helping us sell things a lot quicker and for the best possible price.

Do you advertise on the web property portals?

Yes, the power of the internet is huge. You can find our properties advertised on Rightmove and other major portals.

Do you give us feedback?

Feedback is so important and you’ll be surprised how many agents fail to give their vendors regular feedback. At Reclo8 we open longer hours so we’re able to give you updated and regular feedback after every viewing.
