I started my estate agency career in 2005. I soon realised that I had a natural ability for the job. I quickly progressed through the ranks of a highly established independent agency in the South East. With the property industry changing, I joined a hybrid online based agency as Sales Director and later became a Director and Shareholder.
We successfully grew the business through hard work and determination offering our customers excellent service which soon helped us grow from one office to six in five years covering London and the South East. After a bold, life changing move to Yorkshire, My home village is Hove Edge were I live with my wife and two children. I love living in Yorkshire and proud to be part of a fantastic local community.

Adrian Holland has over 30 years experience in estate agency having worked his way up through the ranks, starting his successful career even before leaving school. Having worked in different market conditions over the years Adrian is always passionate about selling property and is excited to be the territory owner of HUB BD, giving advice on properties between Queensbury to Skipton and anywhere in between.
In his spare time he likes to spend it with his family at his home in Baildon which is a great area for walking his border terrier (Murphy) into the village and on the moor’s. If you see them around please stop to say hi to both of them.
