We use a local and extremely talented photographer who has a vast amount of experience in architectural photography. Regardless if you’re selling a one-bed studio flat or a twelve-bed country manor house, all our pictures are taken using a professional photographer.

We use a whole range of marketing collateral from professional brochures to, online advertising and selected regional advertising. We’ll have a chat with you about your marketing plan at the start of our relationship.
We want you to stand on from the crowd so if needed and where possible we will offer you a premium listing on the portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla to help your property get the best start. Our premium listing comes as standard on our medium and deluxe package.
We are big believers that social media is crucial to advertising your properties. Most people use some form of social media so our job is to engage with buyers making sure they’re aware of your homes. We use social media to engage with users building up a following across social platforms and ultimately drawing their attention.
OPEN LONGER WHEN YOU NEEDS US
We’re open from 8 am to 8 pm 7 days a week our team and staff are all used to working on the move making sure we are always available when you need us. Believe it or not, the busiest time of day is from 5 pm to 8 pm when people finish work.
What’s the point of using an agent who isn’t open when people want to speak to them? Most of our viewings take place after 6 pm, that’s why we’re open. On average, we work a staggering extra 39 hour than most high-street agents.

We’ve teamed up with one of the leading 3D & VR virtual tour providers. 3Dverge can offer you a fully immersive viewing experience of your home, providing potential buyers with a 3D virtual tour of your properties, before they’ve set foot through the door.
This encourages buyers to engage with your properties for longer and enables them to make a viewing decision based on more than just a few images. This is also proven to stop some of the time-wasters. People are aware of all aspects of the property but avoid surprises. During our time providing Virtual tours, we’ve seen physical viewing levels go up.
Once we have produced your bespoke and professional marketing campaign we don’t just put your property on the market and hope for the best. It’s all about strategy and timing. With our properties, we start off with a perfectly timed launch starting even before we put your property online.
We make sure we follow our step by step process from putting up the for-sale board to at the start of the process to contacting every buyer on our database, giving them the first opportunity to book a viewing. After that, we’ll make the property live across the portals and our website allocating time slots for the open day.
We’ll make sure we create an urgency prior to the launch. Then, usually on a Saturday, we’ll carry out the open day creating a real buzz on the day, ensuring we have the best possible chance of getting the best offer for you. Our open days are so convenient and it means you don’t have viewings spread out over different days.
When we say open house, we literally don’t have an open-door policy. Each viewer must have a pre- arranged time slot allowing them to have a good and uninterrupted viewing of your home.
We still can’t believe some agents don’t use a basic floor plan. At Reloc8 our 2D floor plans come as standard across all our packages. We wouldn’t even attempt to list a property without a floor plan.
